I'm the founder of 13th Hour Solutions, but more often than not, I'm the person people call when something isn't working the way it should.

My background is a little bit of everything: technology, operations, projects, systems, documentation, and business support. That mix means I'm pretty comfortable jumping into something messy, figuring out what's actually going on, and finding a better way to handle it.

That's really why I started 13th Hour. I wanted to use what I'm good at to help small businesses solve problems, get organized, and finally tackle the things they haven't had the time or resources to deal with.
